Funny your description of your tranquil walk came to mind today as I "strolled" thru my Manhattan cement neighborhood.

Trees sparse, people, babes in strollers, scooters, bikes, cars and trucks, aplenty. The sunny yet cool afternoon, gave me a stimulating delicious, yet dangerous thrill.

As it is said..."You can take the "girl" outa the city, but you can't take the city outa the "girl "(81 years). LOL! Then I followed with a long peek at the East River.
