One suggestion...I only use a frying pan that has 2 handles.

Shorter sharp lighter knifes. I use only steak knives to cut veggies, bread, etc. No big heavy knives.

Clear dishwasher-safe glasses & Melmac, (remember those), not so bad for everyday use.
