Just to stir the pot...I was a housewife in the 60's.

I married after H.S., worked, (like most of my girlfriends), until our 1st child was born. Raise my kids, while taking courses. No, I didn't know any husbands that raped their wives, either. We were not soooo docile or quiet...believe me!

Life is long, we can more than job, in our lifetimes.

Women are not much happier now...they take medication these days as well.

We were barely middle-class, not rich or spoiled.

Please do not believe the lie how for filling it is to be a working woman & mother today. ITS HARD!
