I recall being 12 or 13, I wore a "training bra".

What I was training for I didn't ask. It was a triple "A", then a double "A". Thís was in the 1950's. I graduated to a sweater bra that I ironed 1st vertically, then horizontally so my breasts would look pointed. (See '50's movie actresses).

Then unwire bras that dug into my ribs.

The training bras must have trained my "girls" well... because they grew into a 36 "Double-D's"!

Now at 80 my breasts require "over-the-shoulder-bolder holders!
