My boyfriend, Sunny Boy, got an Oldsmobile aqua /white car with a continental extended rear deck. This was for his high school graduation in 1958. His father gave him the $750.00 counted out to him in one-dollar bills to pay for it.

His dad was hard-working immigrant who wanted his boy to see how much money it was for him.

Sunny-Boy and I named her "Gussie".

We got engaged in Gussie and married for 50 years.
