Good Luck...I am thrilled to be an apartment tenant!

My husband & I re-did an old house. It was labor intensive, Backbreaking.

Then a new house that was basically a shell.

Landscaping, furnishing, etc.

As soon as we could...we took an apartment...we pay our rent gladly and RELAX!!! LOL
