I had not read this piece when I suggested an over 55 community.

I'm a city person, myself, so I enjoy seeing people of different ages.

I think over 55 places, in a resort area force people from other states, to reach out to make new friends. More welcoming as they are all new to retirement & the area. I've seen that in Florida.

Can one rent, or sub-lease, for a period before buying in?
