FOR Tonight, “the goils” who haven’t been girls in 75 years-plus, are out for our weekly dining out party. I’m in charge of making the restaurant reservations… (as I LOVE to emphasize), I’m the baby of the group. 😛

Tonight, our Big Apple is Freezing. 🍎

Its 18 degrees with a strong windchill, making it about 5 degrees. Burrrrrr…🙄

This murderous icy stinging weather does not stop us” cabin- fevered tough old broads” … from dining out.

Remember our motto stolen from the US Postal Service, “Nor Rain or Storm nor Snow or Frost will keep us from Service” or our dinner party.

We blew across the streets to Le Moulin Cafe. 💨💨My chocolate brown eyeballs were almost turned into solid Bon-Bons…my nose & neck were turtled deeply in my faux fur ski jacket. Alas, reddish fingertips, numb even thru my thick woolen gloves.

It didn’t help that I was wearing 2 pairs of pants, winter undies, blouse, sweater, scarf, boots with sox. Still the frigid elements made for a formattable challenge to my 82-year-old body.

(I had to rest after just putting on all these garments).
