Born & raised in Brooklyn, Dee -Dee began her humorous writing over over her colorful, busy 80 years. She now resides in Manhattan. Her book "First Stop Brooklyn" of 20+ short stories was published in her 70's, on Amazon. Remembrances of "Old Brooklyn" by a child of immigrants, in "a Brownsville", that exists only in memory and hearts. She has been recorded by The Brooklyn Historic Society.
